Anti-Spam Policy

Last updated: August 14, 2026. This policy governs how American Material Handling Co. Inc. ("AMH," "we," "us") and anyone acting on our behalf may use email to communicate about AMH, its services, and its websites.

Scope

This policy applies to every domain AMH owns and sends from, including amh1979.com, rackrepair.com, amermaterial.com, amhindustrial.com, therackinstallers.com, trackinstallation.com, and amhwarehouse.com. It binds every AMH employee, contractor, vendor, and agent without exception.

We publish this policy so that recipients, mailbox providers, and reputation services can verify our commitments and hold us to them.

What We Prohibit

No unsolicited bulk email. AMH does not send, and does not authorize anyone to send, unsolicited bulk or commercial email advertising AMH, its services, or any AMH-owned domain or website.

No purchased, rented, scraped, or harvested lists. Marketing recipients must be an existing customer of record or must have affirmatively opted in. We do not send to addresses obtained by purchase, rental, scraping, harvesting, or directory attack.

No affiliate or third-party advertising. AMH operates no affiliate program, no referral-for-email program, and no arrangement of any kind under which a third party is compensated or permitted to advertise AMH domains by email. Any email advertising an AMH domain that did not originate from AMH infrastructure is unauthorized.

No forged, falsified, or misleading headers. We do not forge sender addresses, falsify routing information, or use misleading subject lines. Every AMH message identifies the sending individual or department and the company.

No sending from unauthenticated infrastructure. All AMH outbound mail must originate from a sending path covered by our published SPF record, signed with DKIM, and aligned under our published DMARC policy.

No continued mailing after opt-out. Unsubscribe requests are honored within 10 business days and permanently thereafter. Bounced and complained addresses are suppressed and are not remailed.

What We Do Send

All legitimate AMH email falls into one of two categories.

One-to-one business correspondence. Quotes, invoices, order confirmations, project coordination, and direct correspondence sent by a named AMH employee to a named business contact, from a mailbox on an AMH-owned domain.

Opt-in marketing. Periodic marketing sent to existing customers of record and to recipients who have affirmatively opted in. Every such message carries a functioning one-click unsubscribe and our physical mailing address.

No other outbound category is authorized.

How We Authenticate Our Mail

AMH publishes and maintains the following on every domain it owns that sends mail:

SPF, enumerating every authorized sending source. DKIM, signing all outbound mail with a 2048-bit key. DMARC, with aggregate reporting enabled and a policy set to enforcement.

Mail claiming to be from an AMH domain that does not pass these checks is not from AMH. We ask receiving systems to reject or quarantine it, and our published DMARC policy instructs them to do so.

Known Forgery of Our Domains

AMH has been the target of an ongoing domain-spoofing campaign since at least November 2025, in which third parties forge amh1979.com in the From address of messages we did not send. We do not control this activity. We are actively remediating it through DMARC enforcement and we report it as we identify it.

Any message advertising an AMH domain that fails SPF, DKIM, or DMARC alignment should be treated as forged.

Reporting Abuse

If you receive email that appears to come from an AMH domain and you believe it violates this policy, or you believe it is a forgery, report it to us directly and include the full message headers. We investigate every report. Where a message is confirmed to be a forgery of our domain, we pursue takedown of the sending infrastructure and report the incident to the relevant blocklist and reputation services.

Enforcement

Violation of this policy by an AMH employee or contractor is grounds for immediate revocation of email access and for disciplinary action up to and including termination. Violation by a vendor is grounds for immediate termination of the engagement.
