As Senior Vice President of Sales at American Material Handling, Wil Slatery helps customers turn warehouse challenges into practical, scalable solutions. With more than a decade of experience in the material handling industry, he specializes in warehouse layout and design, racking systems, sales leadership, and project development.
Since joining AMH in 2021, Wil has partnered with customers across the 3PL, manufacturing, retail, and cold storage sectors to maximize storage capacity, improve operational efficiency, and execute projects that align with their goals and budgets. He enjoys finding the right solution for each customer, whether that involves new equipment, used equipment, or a combination of both.
Wil is motivated by helping his team succeed and watching customer visions become reality. He believes AMH's commitment to communication, accountability, and project execution sets the company apart and creates lasting customer relationships.
Outside of work, Wil enjoys golf, fitness, college sports, art, reading, and spending time with his family.
